About Me

I am a theoretical physicist with a PhD in theoretical Condensed Matter Physics having a passion for sports, art and nature.

I grew up in Kerala, studied in Hyderabad and Chennai and now living in Delhi for work. I am an Executive Editor with the Major Reference Works (Books) at Springer Nature (research publishing).

My Love Affair with Running

I was a runner since I was 6. From a 100m sprinter in school to a ultramarathoner I am today, the journey was long and full of amazing experiences and stories.

I am the founder of Trail Femmes, a community for women trail runners to connect with nature, inspire and empower each other, a first of it’s kind in India.

Still learning something new every day! Here I share my thoughts and experience on running, life and everything else.
