You don’t always have to run fast; sometimes, you just need to keep moving

The time says it all… sometimes, you just need to keep moving!

As a coach, I often meet people with ambitious goals—some want to run a marathon next year simply because their neighbor just did. While I admire their enthusiasm, I always stress the importance of building fitness realistically.

You can’t expect to run 42.2 km overnight, and you can’t expect to outperform someone just because you think you can. Progress in running, like in life, takes time, patience, and consistency.

The journey begins with a single step, no matter how small. What matters is that you start—and keep moving. The results will come when you’re ready.
