What a 10km hard pounding on road can do to you?

I have the habit of taking a pre-run mirror selfie most mornings! That followed with a post-run selfie! I don’t know when exactly I started these, but i love posting about these occasionally, also to read what that workout has done to me!

Yesterday i had a 10km race on my training plan! I clicked a pre-run photo as usual. The race was a crowded affair and I had a good competition! Meaning i was forced to run the hardest in one of the worst weather conditions this year (that was over 90% humid).

I finished the race with a personal best dripping and drenched in sweat for a while!

Looking at my post-race click —> I was tired, i was drained, i want to lie down… and I am happy!

Yup! That was one of a kind racing for me after a very intense training block with some personal struggles! I will take this finish as a win!
