This was on my mind every since I started my new training block for running! No matter whatever circumstances I am at now and whatever life is planting, I need to be more kind to myself, I need to be nicer to myself and take my time to get out of the phase and bloom with grace!

The last few weeks were not the best of my days and I had way too many negative self talks! Then I realized, I cannot compare my ‘growth’ with others!

Every flower blooms at its own pace! Flowers don’t beg for attention and say ‘look at me, I am at the top of the world’. They open up when they are ready and when enough water and sunlight and nutrients reach them.

I need to be patient for my own growth, focus on those sunlight, water and nutrients before complaining why things are happening fast enough!

We grow through what we are given and what we are through! So be kind, be patient!
